Twin pines housing trust's mission is to increase access to quality housing and supportive services to meet the pressing and long-term needs of the upper valley community.

The supportive services program of the trust provides education, outreach, and coordination of social services so that low-income tenants of the affordable housing that the trust develops can be provided the skills to be successful residents.
The trust builds new affordable housing and acquires and rehabilitates primarily substandard rental housing into quality affordable housing. The trust's primary source of revenue is from grants, rental income, and fees related to the development of new affordable housing.
