Vincent de paul.more specifically, to provide awareness of the need of assistance with basic necessities and provide assistance to those most needy families and individuals in tyler and smith county, texas through non-profit organizations (primarily the society of st vincent de paul icc)whose specific purpose is to assist those most-needy families and individuals.
