U-F Property Inc

U f property corp is a title holding company, organized under section 501(c)(2) of the internal revenue code. It holds interest in real property gifted to united jewish appeal-federation of jewish philanthropies of new york, inc. (uja-federation of new york), its tax exempt parent corporation. Upon eventual sale, proceeds are remitted to uja-federation of new york in furtherance of uja-federation of new york's charitable purposes.
