Each training module is delivered with the intent to provide the employee with the knowledge skill set and tools needed to work safely while conforming with stellantis nv policy and regulatory requirements. A plant specific safety training needs assessment and training matrix is used to determine what h&s training modules are provided to each employee based on his/her specific job assignment. The more critical training programs also require in-plant guidance to ensure employee proficiency, such as powered industrial vehicle training, lockout energy control and confined space training. (there are over 85 topics offered. The safety training modules are based on plant location and specific work assignment). In calendar year 2023, employees completed 29,029 different modules contained in the online health & safety kiosk safety modules. Short modules and videos provide a standardized knowledge set for spw tools and acronyms. These offerings were utilized on 1,479 occasions by spw participants during the 2023 calendar year. All online activities are conducted through the stellantis nv corporate learning center system and spw e-learning website.
