Operation of City of Los Angeles WorkSource Center that provides workforce development services to economically disadvantaged adults and dislocated workers. The program services an average total in excess of 1,000 adults, youth, and dislocated workers annually.

Operation of Los Angeles County Title V Older Worker program to provide and coordinate part-time employment and workplace training to senior workers.

All other individual programs - Youth, adult and dislocated work programs and miscellaneous programs.
