UAW Boeing North American Employee Involvement Training Organization, Inc., (the "Corporation") is a California non-profit mutual benefit corporation that is tax exempt under section 501 (5) of the Internal Revenue Code. The Corporation was established to assist in the development and delivery of training programs for Boeing North American employees. The Corporation focuses on programs that will improve union management cooperation and employeeinvolvement.
