The organization is organized exclusively for the purpose of supporting the educational mission of the school of dental medicine of the state university of new york at buffalo by participating in the plan for the management of clinical practice income applicable to the school of dental medicine of the state university of new york at buffalo and incidental thereto, by providing clinical instruction and supervision of students, interns and residents and rendering the professional dental services.
