To provide educational services and assistance to students and scholars for exploring study and work opportunities in united states and overseas, as well as to provide a platform for international education and culture exchanges. To create, establish, and carry on an educational institution of general learning within massachusetts offering both full-time and part-time courses for students; to operate all programs and facilities typically orappropriately operated by a school for general education. To conduct such other activities and programs in furtherance of the foregoing purposes as may be carried out by a corporation organized under massachusetts general laws chapter 180 and described in section (501)(c)(3) of the internal revenue code.
