The corporation shall be organized and operate exclusively to benefit, perform, and carry out the charitable, scientific, literary or educational purposes of the university of monterrey, mexico. It will provide information about and promote interest in the educational programs and resources within the university of monterrey and promote continuing relationships of loyalty and support for the university among its former students and friends and residents in the united states. It will also encourage individuals, corporations and charitable entities to become involved in and to provide financial and other support for education, teaching and research within the university of monterrey.
