"Thrive Through" This program re-engages disconnected learners including youth who have dropped out of college or never enrolled through outreach personalized coaching and pathway navigation. Participants receive support in college reentry job training digital literacy and social-emotional readiness. In 2024 UFCS served over 450 Opportunity Youth leveraging data-driven outreach strategies peer mentorship and the GRADegy platform to build customized learner portfolios and connect them to educational and career pathways. Notable outcomes included over 200 youth re-engaged 1,000+ interactions logged in GRADegy and expanded use of reengagement campaigns across school and workforce partners.

The Talent Track program prepares young adults for high-demand careers through industry-aligned credential programs job coaching mentorship and social capital building. Focused on workforce readiness in fields like healthcare AI and education the program provides work-based learning experiences resume and interview prep and career navigation support. In 2024 approximately 300 youth were served through training cohorts employer partnerships and direct support via the GRADegy app. Participants accessed wraparound coaching and career placement services with a focus on increasing direct-to-employment outcomes and decreasing underemployment by 2% annually
