caregiver program through the ma executive office of health and human services has identified approximately 850 members who have been determined eligible to receive relief stipends on behalf of their primary custodial caregiver. uhs will provide payment issuance via electronic funds transfer or check and a customer service call center to gather required payee information and to respond to customer inquiries and issues.

The Massachusetts Executive Office of Health and Human Services (EOHHS) has established a pilot program utilizing ARPA Section 9817 funds to assist eligible MassHealth members with housing transition costs and which is called the Mitigating the Cost of Housing (MATCH) program. The MATCH program is targeted to members transitioning from a facility or congregate care settings to the community, as well as members who are housing unstable. Through the MATCH program, EOHHS will fund one-time housing costs for approximately 2,200 eligible MassHealth members transitioning from a facility or congregate care setting to a community setting, or who are housing unstable.
