The corporation is organized exclusively for charitable purposes under section 501(c)(3) of the internal revenue code, or corresponding section of any future federal tax code, with the corporation's primary purpose being to provide humanitarian relief aid (i) for ukrainian refugees who are seeking or have been granted asylum, temporary protective status, humanitarian parole, or other legal status in the united states following russia's 2022 invasion of ukraine; and (ii) for displaced israelis who have come to the united states due to the military conflict that began october 7, 2023.
