Involves Columbia, Harvard and other universities; features support for scholarly activities, including joint publication efforts, conferences and workshops, and online subscriptions to digital archives.

Famine Study Project - investigates the catastrophic famine of 1932-33 in Soviet Ukraine through support of research, publications, preservation of archival source material related to the famine period, outreach to scholars, educators and the public.
