The Keala Kids Curriculum is designed to mentor individual youth in their strength to serve their communities with clarity, confidence, and conviction. Through physical exercise and learning lessons, we endeavor to create meaningful and sustainable connections that align an individual to their full purpose and potential in all aspects of their life. This is a prevention-based program applied through the programs of Keiki to Coach Internship, Youth Engagement Prevention Program and Crossfit Kids. Program format includes a word of the day, group discussion, meditation, structured exercise practices, and community building.
