Promotion and marketing of ualink specifications (5%) the following are examples of the activities of the corporation with respect to the promotion and marketing of its ualink specifications. The corporation has participated in various industry events to promote and market its ualink specifications to the larger technology community, including the following industry conferences and/or trade shows: "the flash memory summit conference & exhibition in santa clara, california in august 2024. At this conference, ualink representatives gave several presentations which explained the ualink technology using publicly available information and highlighting the advantages available to the performance computing industry with broad adoption. "the super computing 2024 conference in atlanta, georgia in november 2024. At this conference, ualink representatives gave several presentations which explained the ualink technology using publicly available information and highlighting the advantages available to the performance computing industry with broad adoption. The corporation plans to participate in additional upcoming industry conferences and/or trade shows in 2025 to promote and market the ualink specification and the industry-wide advantages from implementing the ualink specifications. The corporation has plans to create a technical white paper about ualink technology in 2025.
Administration/operations (20%) under the oversight of the board of directors and the officers of the corporation, the day to day administration and operations of the corporation are conducted by a third party association management company. Additionally, the corporation has internal meetings to address budget issues, marketing and promotional planning, and the overall strategic direction of its specification development.
