The corporation is organized exclusively for charitable, religious, educational, and scientific purposes, including, for such purposes, the making of distributions to organizations that qualify as exempt organizations under section 501(c)(3) of the internal revenue code, or the corresponding section of any future federal tax code. More specifically, the corporation is organized to provide food, medicines, shelter, and counseling to the homeless. It will also be collecting and acquiring shoes,clothes and sports equipment to be given to children and young people in need who are involved in sporting activities, ensuring the integral development of children and young people from the most needy and humble sectors, providing social, medical and educational assistance.
