To develop and support leadership within the latino community, educate the general community about the needs and assets of the latino community, improve the social, educational adn economic conditions of the latino community through public education and advocacy, and help low-inocme latino residents improve their standard of living. The geographic service area of the corporation is the rogue valley or oregon.
