Usg invests in the ongoing professional and spiritual development ofthe future leaders of the sports industry by providing them access toour usg connect app in addition to helping them participate inprofessional and spiritual development experiences. Usg now hashundreds of members active on the usg connect app. Highlights of the2024 professional and spiritual development experiences usg providedinclude hosting our annual christians working in sports conference, along with helping send members to the passion conference in atlanta, men's basketball coaches convention, women's basketball coaches convention, ads 4 christ conference, nacda, daniel summit, and women's leaders in college sports conference in addition to our mission trip to kenya. This trip included 9 future leaders of the sports industry and 2 usg staff. Our kenya mission trip team was able to come alongside local leaders in helping lead leading sports camps for youth & coaches throughout the nairobi area.

Usg awarded $30k in scholarships in the spring and fallsemesters to 26 future leaders of the college and pro sports industry.participants of the scholarship programs were challenged to reflectupon a specific prompt through an essay.
