Uncw Research Foundation

Uncw research foundation and the city of wilmington agreed to make public funds available to the research foundation to help establish the cie in order to serve the public interest by promoting and supporting economic growth and development within the city. Cie provides services and programs in the areas of small business training, mentoring programs, public events, and research services. Fund will be used for these purposes along with obtaining, equipping and staffing adequate office space and facilities for cie to conduct operations and provide services to small business.
