Oregon health plan: provided community education around eligibility to the healthier oregon program. 852 contacts were made with community through new enrollment applications, renewals and other navigations.

Agricultural outreach: - continued outreach in the field in collaboration with salud medical center and virginia garcia- provided paid leave oregon, heat, smoke and safety information to farmworkers- held two cohorts of nutrition classes for farmworker families- coordinated two wellness fairs for the community to receive free services, including but not limited to vaccinations, cancer screenings, mental health services, vision and dental services.

Civil engagement: - updated the rapid response structure and protocol- developed a resource directory for rapid response- developed a rapid response hotline- partnered with portland immigrant rights coalition and oregon for all coalition- coordinated an educational workshop alongside the consulate about how the consulate can support on the immigration issue- coordinated know your rights forums for the community- coordinated and facilitated comprehensive ice verifier trainings - coordinated family preparedness packet trainings to assist families in completing their packets (continued on schedule o)- coordinated hotline call taker trainings- engaged with local elected officials - certified eco navigator and began assisting community members with application processes
