The uniformed sanitationmens association administrative fund was established pursuant to an agreement between the city of new york (the city)and the uniformed sanitationmens association ( the union) with the sole purpose of collecting and allocating contributions from the city to the unions benefit funds for the exclusive benefit of active and retired members.
