Community rugby the area develops 4 plans: 1. Provincial unions' development: development of the 25 provincial unions, considering them as active members of the organization and as a channel of communication and execution of the development rugby uar programs. 2. Referees' development: to contribute to the improvement of the game through a professional and quality organization that should provide quality referees and assistant referees for the different levels of the game. 3. Players' welfare: the prevention of sports injuries is a priority for any person involved in the game, particularly coaches, physical preparation specialists and medical staff. 4. Competitions: the competition in our country is made up of club competitions and provincial competitions. 5 tournaments were held in 2024 (national clubs championship, youth argentinean championship, select 12, u16 development and the "la republica" sevens). 5. Social responsibility: uar has created the "rugby 2030 towards a new culture" program, the purpose of which is to try, through various actions, programs, and training, to restore the institutions image and of our sport towards society. In addition to keeping the unions' presidents permanently updated about all the activities at the uar, on a yearly basis, all the activities performed by the community rugby development management is shared as well, alongside with monitoring indicators, strategies, and programs.
