Mission
The happy program is a weekly, take-home food program for children in need of food when school meals are not available. Nonperishable foods are sent home in backpacks with children who have little or no food on the weekends.

The happy pack program feeds 345 kids per week during the school year. The grants are used to fund the extra food given during long breaks at christmas and fall break. Each family is given a food voucher during the break to be used a local grocery to purchase food.
