NOURISHIAN - This training program provides life and job skills to young adults ages 17-25 in the Rainier Beach area. Life skills include meal planning, shopping on a budget, basic cooking skills, and nutrition knowledge.
GROUNDED IN FREEDOM AND ILLUMINATE - GIF is an annual three-day Capoeira and land conference, including workshops in Capoeira and land stewardship, panel discussions, and community meals harvested from the land.
