To deliver community programming that uses dialogue, relationship building events, youth activities, and public education to build and sustain a stronger, more united community as it relates to racial relations including between law enforcement and citizens.

Together We Dine - Completed nearly 100 Together We Dine program events where over 3,200 people participated in nonjudgmental, positive conversations over a meal about race and race relations resulting in 89% survey respondents indicating that he/she gained a new/different perspective on matters such as race, perceptions, equality, biases, social injustice and cultural differences by listening to the experience of others.
Together We Ball - Attendance at the daylong Together We Ball police-community sports event surpassed 1,000 people for the first time
Together We Learn program trained nearly 1,000 high school students on laws, rights, and appropriate behaviors during motor vehicle and pedestrian encounters with law enforcement
General - Marked 10th Anniversary of operations. Set record high annual income. Established a record high number of total sponsor and donors to annual fundraising concert event. Enrolled 100 youth into Young Strings Masterclass, record attendance. Achieved 35 individual news media items published on 250 Multi-Media Platforms.
Collab Lab - Enhanced Bi-Monthly collab Lab events with partners who work in the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion space.
