Unique Family Connections mission is to empower and educate individuals whose lives are impacted by health and life altering issues. We hosted a number of conversations to highlight challenges in the communities and ways to address them, some of those topics included racism,healthreated and educational disparities. We will host community workshops for youth that include but not limited to STEM and health advocacy
