Residential and individual supports program - residents are supported in activities of daily living by a trained staff. Support is provided to give residents the opportunity to participate in community activities and live independently.

Community living program - offers case management to individuals living independently in the community. Individuals who utilize these services are assisted with areas such as healthcare, financial management, adaptive equipment, personal care attendant management, accessing recreation & social events and other areas as desired.

Ucp was a masshealth approved personal care attendant agency through october 2024, offering evaluation, skills training, pca management training and ongoing support and advocacy to enable individuals with disabilities to access this masshealth-funded program. Through this program, individuals receive the assistance and training necessary to hire and supervise their own care providers, thus enabling them to remain living in their chosen home. The afc (adult family care) program is a masshealth funded program that enables a person who needs assistance with daily care to live in the community in a supportive family environment

Family services/recreation program - provides recreational activities to clients and assistance to families through information referrals, advocacy and financial assistance for adapted equipment to people with disabilities and the people who care about them.
