Family support services - ucp of hudson county's family support program provides in-home and on-site respite to families of individuals with developmental disabilities that will allow them to live more independent lives within the community. See sch o for more detail.

Adult special needs - provides training for adults with developmental disabilities that will allow them to live more independent lives within the community. The adult day program ensures that each consumer's training program is created to meet his or her individual needs. The program operates from 10:00 am - 3:00 pm monday - friday. Transportation is provided.

Pediatric medical day care - provides

Intensive medical, social work, dietary and

Developmentally appropriate therapy services.

Educational and range of motion services are

Integrated with music therapy to enhance the

Child's motivation. The program provides

Each child with six hours of skilled nursing care,

Five days a week. The program is free for

Medicaid eligible children between the ages

Of birth and 6 years old, who are medically

Compromised and/or technology dependent or

Require life-sustaining equipment.

Transportation - provides transportation

Services to able bodied and developmentally

Disabled individuals 7 days/week. Services

Are provided to individuals who are enrolled

In one of ucp's programs or to individuals

Who require transportation services on a fee
