We provide and support inclusive, life-enriching options through person-centered programs and advocacy.

Programs

5 programs

Transportation services are provided to individuals with disabilities who attend the agency's adult services programs. Non-emergency medical transportation is also provided to those who qualify. 1179 individuals received transportation services.

Expenses: $2.3M

Low vision services provided services to 245 adults and children throughout northeast ohio who have reduced vision that cannot be corrected by conventional means. Low vision services offers low vision assessments, low vision aids, and bioptic driving assessment and training.

Community living services provided residential services in a variety of living settings to 11 individuals/families. The uds all-star training club program provided integrated sports opportunities for 250 children and adults

Expenses: $338K

The toy & resource center loans developmental toys and resource materials to anyone working with a child, birth to six years of age with special needs or a child who is developing typically. A special needs division offering specialized adaptive switches and toys is also available. The program served more than 3000 children.

Expenses: $41K

Community relations educates and informs the community about agency services through tours, presentations, a community newsletter, brochures, a website and participation in community events. The program also coordinates volunteers and manages agency fundraising activities.
