United Flying Club Inc

The primary and specific purpose of united flying club, inc. Is to provide its members with a means to obtain, at cost, the opportunity to engage in pleasure and recreational flying in mutually owned aircraft, and to provide, at cost, instruction (using club instructors) in pleasure and recreational flying of general aviation aircraft. The club was originally incorporated in 1947 and reorganization occured in 1992. The club remains a non-profit corporation in the state of california. Membership in the organization is restricted to employees of united airlines and their immediate family members; that is membership is not open to the general public.
