Hartwell place is an intimate assisted living community. Nestled in a residential neighborhood, this historic building with 28 private suites offers a high caregiver-to-resident ratio. At hartwell place, everyone receives personalized memory care from our specially trained caregivers. Hartwell place provided 7,398 resident days of care in 2024. In addition, $58,856 worth of free care, as well as numerous free community service events were given.

Glenwood apartments - is a 13-unit residential building offering affordable housing for low-income older adults. Residents must qualify as very low-income adults in accordance with hud guidelines.

West suburban senior services - provides programs and services to older adults in the west suburban area a daily nutritious low-cost or free lunch, access to free legal services, access to expert education and referrals for local, state, and federal programs for older adults, and the opportunity for participants to take part in exercise and other vital activities and socialization. We offer programming, socialization, health education, and access to critical information and referrals to lbgt+ older adults.
