United Neighbors Vecinos Unidos

United neighbors/vecinos unidos (un/vu) was formed in 2021 to support nueva vida (formally parklane) mobile park residents to purchase the park, maintain its affordability, and establish a resident ownership and governance model. Nueva vida, located at 411 s. Court street in fort collins, is home to over 300 residents representing 68 households (200 adults and 100 children), with a population that is 90% spanish-speaking.
