Lawson manor serves individuals who are age 62 or older and are in need of some assistance and supervision with activities of daily living and or medication management and administration. Lawson manor can care for residents who need assistance with walking assistive devices such as canes, walkers, and wheelchairs. Total resident days for the community based residential facility in 2024 were 4,951.
The pioneer apartments are a hud-subsidized, low-income housing unit designed to meet the needs of elderly and handicapped persons.
