The Corporation is organized and shall be operated exclusively for religious charitable scientific testing for public safety literary or educational purposes under Section 501C3 of the Internal Revenue Code as now in effect or as may hereafter be amended the code including for such purposes the making of distributions to organizations that qualify as tax-exemet under Section 501C3 of the Code
