Organizational Dues (USBC). Dues for the national, state and local organizations are collected and placed in a bank account that the national organization has access to. They initially take the full amount and then remit our portion. The revenue noted represents the total collected and the expenses are the amount retained by the national organization.

Facilities & Equipment: Includes rent, Copier lease & maintenance (Office has two commercial copiers, one of which is leased), utilities, insurance, office cleaning, etc. There is no income related to Facilities and Equipment.

This line covers a wide variety of expenses. Most relevant of these are: Office staff salaries and payroll expense - 81646; Charitable Donations - $4501 (Note: these are collected throughout the year and sent to the charities at the end of the year. They are initially listed as income.); Hall of Fame & Awards Banquet - 11,097; Local awards - 18,003; Office supplies - 2,500, Office Equipment & Software updates/replacements/Repairs - 2,350.
