United States Catholic Conference

(1) to support, to perform the functions of, or to carry out the purposes of the institute of the brothers of the christian schools (commonly known as the de la salle brothers), to advance the roman catholic religion; and (2) ancillary to and only for the attainment of the purposes listed in (1), (a) to provide support for educational and human services especially for future educational and religious leaders; (b) to advance the provision of lasallian education specially for the poor, (c) to assist the organization and administrative needs of the institute of the brothers of the christian schools; and (d) to raise funds and to help raise funds for any of the foregoing objects of the institute.
