The primary mission of the organization is to assist the u.s. Coast guard academy faculty and staff with pre-award and post-award activities, development, compliance and annual reporting, and to act on behalf of the u. S. Coast guard academy to sign and submit approved grant applications and to accept non-appropriated grant funding.
