To create and sustain demand for u.s. Soybean products through its global network of international offices.
Programs

Qualified state soybean board (qssb) - administer soybean checkoff activities focusing on research and market development and expansion.
Foreign market development (fmd) - promote and strengthen the global competitiveness of u.s. Agricultural commodities, address long-term foreign import constraints, and contribute to the maintenance or growth of demand for u.s. Agricultural commodities.
Market access program (map) - assist u.s. Producers, exporters, and trade organizations in developing, maintaining, and expanding export activities in global markets. Activities include consumer promotions, trade seminars, and market research.
The agricultural trade promotion program (atp) was created in 2018 to help u.s. Agricultural exporters develop new markets and mitigate the adverse effects of other countries' tariff and non-tariff barriers.
The regional agricultural promotion program (rapp) is a cost share program that is designed to reimburse nonprofit u.s. Agricultural trade organizations, state regional trade groups, u.s. Agricultural cooperatives, and state agencies that conduct approved market development activities to foster expanded exports and market diversification by encouraging the development, maintenance, and expansion of diverse commercial export markets for united states agricultural commodities and products
Emerging market program (emp) - develop, maintain, or expand markets for u.s. Ag exports in emerging markets, to improve the effectiveness of food and rural business systems in emerging markets, and to increase prospects for u.s. Trade and investments in these countries.
