Communications & public affairs: oversees member communications and external media relations and manages the ustelecom website as well as various electronic communications. It also facilitates educational opportunities for our members.

Industry traceback group: the purpose of the traceback operation is to combat illegal calls, including illegal robocalls, and to benefit the general public and the telecommunications industry.
