United Way Centraide Movement Development: To advance the technical development of the United Way Centraide movement in Canada to: 1. Become a high performing system that is connected, interdependent and innovative, that is built on trust, and that demonstrates excellence through its systems and practices; 2. Create an intelligent network that is a known and trusted leader for its depth of knowledge and ability to measure and evaluate the outcomes of our community investments; and 3. Deliver a powerful movement that inspires action and is the essential link between Canadians and the change they want to see in their communities.

United Way Centraide Network (CRM) Operations CRM - OPERATIONS IS THE DEVELOPMENT OF A CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT SOFTWARE PROGRAM FOR THE USE OF MEMBER United Ways and centraids. Line 4D: United Way Centraide Governance: Working to provide policies and requirements, to ensure the stable governance and smooth operations of the United Way Centraide movement in Canada. Basic membership requirements to provide a cohesive movement across Canada, while ensuring the 79 local United Way Centraide members offices (separate, unrelated legal entities) comply with standards for brand use and business practices which contribute to transparency and accountability to the donor and the community at large. United Way Covid-19 Recovery Measures - Community Services Recovery Funding (CSRF): In 2022, the Government of Canada established the Community Services Recovery Fund ("CSRF") to respond to the adaptation and modernization needs of non-profit and charitable community services organizations facing immediate and long-term impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic as they continue to support communities. In November 2022, United Way Centraide Canada entered into a funding agreement with the Government of Canada for the period November 4, 2022, to September 30, 2024. Under the terms of the agreement, United Way Centraide Canada distributed funds through the United Way Centraide network for the specified use of adaptation and modernization needs of Community Support organizations. During 2024 unused CSRF funds to UWCC from locals were then returned to the government based on funding agreement.
