Uwgfr also funds and co-sponsors mass211, an infoline and website which provides real-time information andresources in 150 languages for essential services, as well as referralsfor non-emergency calls 24/7. Since being designated by the ma dph andmema in march 2020 as the official covid-19 resource and referral linefor residents across the commonwealth, inquiries to mass 211 remain ata steady high. During fiscal year 2024, mass 211 fielded 483,011 phonecalls from residents living in municipalities across the state;
