To improve our region by mobilizing the caring power of communities for every person in northeastern South Dakota.

In May 2024, United Way of Northeastern SD partnered with their local Letter Carriers collecting and sorting over almost 17,000 lbs. of non-perishable foods. The foods were distributed to Salvation Army and Journey Home.
In April 2024, over 200 local college athletes, coaches, and site leaders spent a labor intense day working for nonprofits, and community organizations, contributing over $25,000 worth of labor. United Way of Northeastern SD spearheaded the event, locating 20 projects based on need and merit.
