In 2009, the corporation sold its 122 unit apartment complex serving low- income elderly individuals in morgantown, west virginia. The following year, the corporation sold its 91 unit apartment complex in fairmont, west virginia. The corporation holds a residual receipts note from the morgantown project sale and cash from the fairmont project sale. The cash and any proceeds from the note are subject to restrictions on its use limited to low income housing with prior approval by the u.s. Department of housing and urban development.
