The foundation seeks to promote the quality of life in the central florida community, addressing needs and concerns primarily in the areas of education, children, family and basic needs.

Team member charitable fund - this fund provides financial assistance through the team member crisis assistance program to universal orlando team members who have had a catastrophic event affect them or their families. The fund also supports ugive which recognizes universal orlando team members' volunteer efforts by awarding grants to qualified nonprofit organizations.
Compassion fund - this fund focuses on organizations that provide services for children with life-threatening illnesses or disabilities.
Basic needs fund: focuses on organizations that provide basic services such as food, clothing, and shelter.
