Teaching Awards: Awarded 149 faculty members based on teaching productivity. Selection was based in quantitative teaching criteria and received the award of $50 monthly depending on their teaching hours. Faculty are checked every 3 months if they remain teaching/employed by the University.

Acting as Fiscal Sponsor of the Latin American Science Academy - Lounsbury Foundation Grant: Scientists from University Simon Bolivar and other Venezuelan Latin American universities obtain grants to travel and do short research internships in different Latin American Countries than their country of origin to foster collaboration and new research networks

Donated Equipment: Computers, books, office supplies, laboratory equipment for STEM courses and research projects. Students benefited indirectly and directly around 4000.

Grant for Biology Program at Universidad Simon Bolivar: Obtained a Grant from the Richard Lounsbery Foundation to enhance the Biology program at USB by giving teaching and research grants, and acquiring minor equipment and consumables. The execution of the program started in fiscal year 2025.
