Is committed to encourage and assist the faculty of the department of otolaryngology at the state university of new york at buffalo, jacobs school of medicine and biomedical sciences ("university") in the delivery of health care, improve the ability of the faculty to perform clinical research, maximize resources to foster academic, research and clinical programs, recruit and retain targeted teaching physicians, and encourage and support the personal growth and professional development of the faculty of the department of otolaryngology. Is also intended to provide financial support for development and growth of the department of otolaryngology, expense of practice and the research and academic mission of the department.
