UDCDA's housing department is concerned about the quality of life in the neighborhood and community-at-large and strives to stimulate growth and revitalization through community and economic development efforts. UDCDA is committed to promoting home ownership; ensuring that all residents have access to adequate housing; empowering residents; renewing pride and restoring confidence in the community.

Rental programs provide housing for low income tenants and office space for other nonprofit organizations.
