The organization provides management and oversight services for the rapid acceleration of diagnostics (radx) initiative, a program sponsored by the u.s. National institutes of health (ni), to speed innovation in the development, commercialization, and implementation of technologies for covid-19 testing.

As part of its operation, the organization runs a workforce development project to provide hands-on training in the lab for entry level laboratory technicians, with the support and collaboration of other charitable organizations in orange county focusing on improving the lives of orange county residents seeking to improve their skill sets to qualify for better paying, more satisfying employment.
