Mission
Our mission is to continually enhance the quality of life for a unified Jacksonville as it pertains to 4-H youth development, through strengthening decision making, knowledge application, economic security, environmental care and leadership skills for all citizens.

College scholarships to help defray the rising cost of a college education.
Overnight and day camp sessions to reach many youth and help foster a sense of responsibility, teamwork and sharing that is critical to good citizenship.
