The purpose of the corporation is to own, manage, lease, sell, convey, and or transfer real estate and other capital developments to be used for the benefit of the university of south carolina upstate and university of south carolina upstate foundation and to engage in any lawful act or activity for which the corporation is organized pursuant to the act.
